Last updated: July 27, 2026. This policy defines the information security and log handling protocols practiced across all software deployments managed by Burhani's Tech.
Burhani's Tech limits data intake strictly to authorized contact form specifications, system audits, and RFQ inquiries submitted voluntarily by our corporate users. Information gathered typically includes full name, corporate email address, contact numbers, and specific ERP or web integration requirements.
When you navigate our Python Flask infrastructure, our web servers and proxy daemons (such as Nginx and Gunicorn) generate standard network communication logs. These logs capture the sender's dynamic IP address, requested URL pathways, timestamp of access, and web browser agent headers. This log data is stored in restricted environments and analyzed strictly to debug errors, thwart cyber-attacks, and evaluate platform latency metrics.
All structured database entries and submission records are stored inside sandboxed, encrypted file systems on protected production servers. We enforce strict system access rules (non-executable permissions, read-only file parameters, key-authenticated SSH access) to ensure maximum information isolation. We do not sell, rent, or lease your corporate parameters to external marketing brokers.
If your enterprise desires to purge, modify, or inspect any contact submission record logged under our database structures, you can submit an official request to info@burhaniglobal.com. Our technical support center in Lahore, Pakistan will process and execute your compliance requests within 12 business hours.
